HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
I can support you if you are experiencing anxiety, exhaustion, or a heightened state of stress, or if you find it difficult to recover from overwhelming experiences. I also offer support during life transitions, when facing important decisions, or when working through traumatic experiences.
Together, we can strengthen the natural ability of your body and nervous system to settle and regulate, while deepening your sense of safety and connection to your body. The work is experiential and holistic. In our sessions, I support you in noticing bodily sensations and nervous system responses in a way that allows tension to release gradually, in small and manageable steps. Through this subtle and individualized process, your self-understanding can grow, enabling a deeper connection with yourself.
I support your experience from a place of presence, gentleness, and safety. Together, we create space where you can open more deeply to your own inner guidance.
I am a holistic counsellor and currently in the final year of my Somatic Experiencing® training. At this stage, I am working with practice clients specifically within the SE method.
For this reason, I am offering sessions at a reduced practice rate until 11/2026: €45 / 50 minutes, or a package of 5 sessions for €175 (€35 / 50 minutes). A 20-minute introductory phone call is free of charge.
I recommend starting with in-person sessions whenever possible. I work on Tuesdays in the Lapinlahti area in Helsinki. Sessions can also take place online via Zoom.
